This is my baby sister Chelsea sadly passed away on 13th may 2012 social services from Caerphilly,and NHS health failed my sister care and needs. SS took her in there care and would not listen to us within 2 weeks she was took away from us forever.
Caerphilly SS AND NHS Health REFUSES TO TAKE THE BLAME AND WE WANT JUSTICE THAT MEANS WE ARE TRYING TO FIGHT FOR JUSTICE as the lies NHS Health and Caerphilly SS tell is unreal and things are being covered up from all areas so if anyone got any ideas that may help us please say, our life have been ripped apart for ever and they cant get away with what there have done
